A Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) is an infection that affects any part of the urinary system, which includes the kidneys, bladder, ureters, and urethra.UTIs are most commonly caused by a bacteria, called Escherichia coli (E. coli),entering the urinary tract through the urethra and multiplying in the bladder.UTIs can vary in severity and location within the urinary system, leading to different symptoms.

 This study will look at the efficacy and safety of vaccinations in the prevention of Invasive Extraintestinal Pathogenic Escherichia coli Disease (IED) in adults aged 65 years plus, with a history of at least 1 Urinary TractInfections in the past 2 years.
